This overture encapsulates the tragic tale of love, fate, and revenge. Sergei Rachmaninov: Rhapsody on a theme of Paganini Rachmaninov’s “Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini” is a virtuosic and captivating work for piano and orchestra. Based on a theme from Niccolò Paganini’s Violin Caprice No. 24, Rachmaninov takes the simple melody and weaves an intricate tapestry of 24 variations, each displaying his exceptional skill at the piano and melodic inventiveness. Pietro Mascagni: Cavalleria Rusticana (Intermezzo) Mascagni’s “Cavalleria Rusticana” Intermezzo paints a vivid picture of the Sicilian countryside, transporting listeners and has become a beloved concert piece in its own right, frequently performed as a standalone work by orchestras worldwide. Edward Elgar: Enigma Variations Elgar’s “Enigma Variations” is a mesmerizing and innovative orchestral work, composed in 1899. Consisting of a theme and fourteen variations, the piece is a heartfelt tribute to Elgar’s friends and acquaintances, each variation representing a musical portrait of a specific individual.

With the essence of having a good heart, and a wonderful sense of adventure, its innocence and magic are very much the driving force in All Stars' beautiful version of The Wizard of Oz. With a cast starting at just 4 years old, it promises to be a stunning performance of song, dance, and drama.
Haunted Hinchingbrooke: Royals & Regals
Hinchingbrooke House Brampton Road, Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, United KingdomOn Friday 5th April, local author and historian Mark Egerton will deliver a talk at Hinchingbrooke House. Mark is the author of ‘The Haunted History of Huntingdonshire’ and his talk will focus on some of Huntingdonshire’s most iconic buildings that are reputed to be haunted. Famous visitors and famous former owners will also be revealed. With the aid of a slide show, Mark plans to take you inside these iconic buildings and share their secrets with you. After a short interlude, Mark will then take guests on a walking tour of Hinchingbrooke House. This will include rooms that are not normally available to the general public. All guests will receive complimentary Tea, Coffee and Biscuits at the end of the evening they will receive a 33-page full-colour souvenir booklet.
